Administration Ministry

The Administration Ministry supports all ministries by performing common tasks with skill and efficiency. This Ministry works to implement Elder decisions across the church organization. It processes day-to-day business transactions and prepares appropriate reports for Leadership review.

Weekly bulletins are crafted for distribution to worshippers on Sundays. Letters, communications, and other documents are regularly distributed to church ministries to assist with their operations.

The Administration Ministry is the central point of contact for all church ministries and members to request funds or services, and to publicize events and other announcements. Central telephone services are provided. This Ministry also offers business services (e.g., mail distribution, printing and copying) to all church ministries.

The Administration Ministry works with the Operations Ministry to control the usage of the Church building and properties. Certain areas of the Church building can be made available to members and guests for events such as weddings, funerals, sponsored community events, workshops, and church events.
